The program is made up of 12 weeks. Only Glute Focused Lower Body (day 1) is free to do. To unlock the other workouts in the 12 weeks, you have to pay a one time fee of $59.99 USD.
After each week, a different week unlocks. Ex: at the end of week 1, week 2 unlocks. At the end of week 2, week 3 unlocks etc.
You only pay $59.99 once. You do not have to pay again for each week. The weeks simply unlock one at a time to keep you more accountable & motivated!
Your program progress will save locally on your phone. If you want to save it dynamically to your user account, you have to sign up with email.
