Gym & Workout - an application that is created for you and is an assistant for training at home or in the gym. You can make your program by specifying count of approaches, weight, breaks between sets and exercises. After that, pressing the Start button you start training. The application displays what approach, with some weight and how many reps to do. After performing at the touch of a tick - moves to the next exercise, or countdown timer leisure time.
