This app is called WaterFlow CFS. It displays the water flow stage from estuaries and dams in cubic feet per second (cfs). It compares the current flow against the maximum flow from the previous year in order to calculate its current stage. By knowing the flow stage from low to flood, it allows one to know when fishing is good, kayaking is feasible and when tubing can be exciting. WaterFlow CFS allows you to search anywhere in the United States and pulls the data from the USGS system.
