CONNECT 5 users will develop their personal plan for success based on their own goals and explore how nicotine might be interfering with those goals. Users will get help deal-ing with cravings that make it hard to stop using tobacco or nicotine products.
This free app is made up of 5 unique series meant to support teens over a period of 5 weeks. Users will experience interactive quizzes, trivia and games with motivational quotes and tips pushed to them throughout the week. If needed, personalized help from a live support person is available too!
