Ambee Driver app is for ambulance drivers registered with Ambee. Ambee verifies driver license information and approves them to use the app.
It allows drivers to receive requests from nearby users looking for ambulances.
Through Ambee Driver app, ambulance drivers can
- Login and indicate the registration number of the vehicle they are driving
- Decide when to stay online and be available to receive requests, or go offline
- View pickup and destination locations requested
- Accept or reject requests received by them
- View name and phone number of the user who requested for the ambulance
- Call the requester through the app
- Indicate they have arrived at the pickup location
- Use navigation to reach either pickup or destination
- Find traffic information, take a different route and get navigation instructions
- Complete the trip
- Show the calculated fare to users and collect payment if user prefers to pay by cash
