Customers and Employees can use this application to gain access to customer specific information, including trouble tickets, ticket details and IP usage data (future).
A user can also view the notes associated with a trouble ticket.
Integration with the Level 3 Interactive Voice Response system is also included as well as a way for a customer to fill in a customer satisfaction survey.
