Billable QR supports recording time spent on projects, sales orders and service calls, simply by scanning a QR code.
QR codes can aggregate multiple reports, so a single scan may contain work hours, miles to charge, expenses, hotel bills etc - improving both accuracy and reducing the overhead of ensuring consistency of reporting .
QR codes can be configured to require an associated camera image, for example in the case of attaching a photo of a receipt to an expenses report.
A QR code may also identify fields that must be filled in by the user at run-time, for example the number of miles-to-charge on a expense report, or the value of a receipt.
It is also possible to limit the use of a QR code, either by specifying that it may only be used by a specific user, or by providing an expiry date beyond which the QR code will no longer be scan-able.
