Reduce your pain and gain strength - our dedicated physios will review every one of your sessions and evolve your exercises based on your feedback, so you’re always progressing.
Keep on the recovery track - we’ll help you stick to your program with goals, progress trackers and daily encouragement, and you can message your physios anytime.
Your personalised exercise program:
- Choose either a full 15-minute workout or quick 6-minute workout.
- Each workout has 3-4 video exercises that you follow along to.
- You give feedback to your physios after each workout.
- Physios evolve your exercises based on your feedback.
- We progress you through 4 phases of recovery towards your goal.
- Every 3-5 workouts you get a physio check-in to assess and track your progress.
Reaching your recovery goal:
- Choose a recovery goal and commit to your physios to do the work required.
- After each workout, you set a reminder for your next session.
- Within each recovery phase, we set a target for the estimated number of workouts.
- After each Physio Check-in, we plot your progression towards your overall goal.
- Our physios will keep you on track with inspiration and helpful information.

Are you a registered physiotherapy provider?

We are fully authorised to offer the Reach Physiotherapy service in the UK and the rest of Europe through our registration with the Danish Medicines Agency as an authorised Medical Device. We also have European CE Mark approval as a Medical Device and adhere to required patient medical records and personal data security.

Do I need to see someone in person so they can physically treat my pain?

The majority of evidence shows that exercises done often and progressively, deliver better recovery results than physical hands-on treatment, and physiotherapy is moving in the direction of exercises to build strength and tolerance as the most important factor to recovery. You can message chat your physios at any time, so you always have access to an expert. If we feel you need to see someone in person we will recommend the best step for you and your pain.

Currently, we offer you the full physiotherapy session for free while we learn about our recently released app. We will be asking you for feedback at specific parts of your recovery program so we can build an even better service for you and other people being held back by pain.
