This is a theme for Kustom Live Wallpaper which you can find for free on the Play Store.
-Set Kustom as your wallpaper.
-Go to "Load Preset" in Kustom Settings.
-Load the theme by clicking theme icon in the list.
-Rock On!
All colors are configurable in the Globals tab
This theme is set up for 2 screens with the first (left) screen being the home screen
