celebration start on the night before Holi, with a Holika daha where people gather, sing, dance. The next morning is a free-for-all carnival of colours (Holi), where participant
play, chase and colour each other with dry powder and colourful water, with some carrying coloured water-filled balloons for their colorful water fight.
