Well you don't have to! But if you want a trainer who cares about his clients, a trainer with a lot of knowledge to give and who is passionate enough to keep learning, a trainer who will regularly check in with you and change things when necessary, you should choose me.
I will show you how you can reach your goals through better food choices, educate you about calories and tailor the best possible plan to you, one that you will enjoy (maybe even spend less time at the gym). After all, if you don't enjoy it, it simply won't last. My aim is to teach you enough in the time you spend with me that you will never have to spend hundreds on a PT or ever follow a fad diet again!
