MyNamRide is a private hikes, carpooling and ridesharing app for the riders in Namibia. a lot of passengers use private hikes to travel throughout
Namibia everyday and currently is an informal activities where people stand or seat next to the road waiting for the drivers that are willing to take them along. by using MyNamRide Namibian private hikes passengers will be able to book their seat in the car that is going to the same destination on the phone,and they do not have to stand next to the road.
by standing to the roads sometimes there is reports of people getting beaten,
raped, and robbed of their money because most of them travel with cash in their pockets. by using MyNamRide this problems will be solved and people can book their seats and drivers can pick them up at thier homes and drive them safely to their destinations.
by using this app people will travel at the cheap cost and they will be able to negotiate the costs/price with the drivers.

For Passengers:
- Insert the address of departure/source and destination in the “Get ride”.
- Browse the ride offers to find your match.
- Request for a ride and it will show up in notifications.
- Get approved by the driver and discuss through the platform the details of the trip
- Pay in cash to the driver for the trip
- Enjoy your trip!
For Drivers:
- Click on “Share your ride”

Insert car model, plate number.
- Click “Add new ride”
- Click “select a ride” and click “proceed” and fill in the trip information and click “share”
- Choose cost per person and number of seats available (10% of the cost will be
automatically added)
- Approve the passengers and discuss with them the details of the trip
- Get your money in cash or ewallet
- Pay the fees of MyNamRide
- Enjoy your trip!
