I wrote this program for myself to help to learn an ICAO (NATO) phonetic alphabet and Morse code. It will pronounce a random sequence of letters and numbers in ICAO format then user is expected to enter sequence in text format then hit verify.
Options: Voice or Morse, 3/5/8/10/12/15 chars in sequence.
Changed required API from 1.5 to 1.6
