# Method to recover photos or Videos when problems occur
If for some reason Photo Gallery & Album Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.
1) Uninstall Photo Gallery & Album
2) Download Photo Gallery & Album from the Market and install it.
3) Go Setting in the Photo Gallery & Album, Enter a New Password and Confirm a New Password
4) The missing files will be recovered to save in Same as a Previous one.
