The CERTEK Custom Care APP, suitable for your IOS and Droid devices is designed with the necessary tools you need for proper and thorough management of the preventive maintenance and repair maintenance of your facility. The APP is used to evaluate, track and report all required tasks to maintain a safe and operational facility. The APP is setup with specific tasks based on an evaluation of your facility. After beginning your specific plan, all reporting is provided to both CERTEK and the client to confirm the user has completed maintenance tasks as well as CERTEK’s completed tasks from their on-site visit(s) annually or as contracted. The APP is user friendly and prompts the user through the process of completing their scheduled tasks. There are measures built into the APP to assist the user how to complete and document all repair information performed through a task for thorough reporting. The APP is designed to save time for the users. It offers reminders to assist them to stay on schedule, prompts them through the tasks to offer more efficiency and thorough reporting offers reliability of your Maintenance Plan (MP). The APP compiles reports and submits them automatically to an email list predetermined during the setup process. Most importantly, by following the entire process, the APP helps add longevity and reliability to your facility. This is accomplished through a complete maintenance program, which includes an APP (software application), approved qualified personnel (users), specific equipment manufacturer recommended maintenance, thorough reporting, CERTEK reviews of the reports and CERTEK on-site maintenance, as contracted, to validate scheduled maintenance throughout the year and functionality of the systems.
