Please use this app to select your unthemed icons and hit 'send'. Then choose E-mail so that the app e-mails me the correct activities for your requests which will ensure that your requests are themed correctly!
Remember that I have received your requests and will be theming your icons as soon as possible, but I work through these based on a first-come-first-serve basis, therefore it may take some time for me to get to your requests.
