The main objective to develop this application is to facilitate ASHA worker efficiency, timely payments , which will result into better coverage on health care seeking beneficiaries from public health system.
The system will provide a platform for the periodic performance appraisal & processing payments of ASHA workers which will bring transparency in the overall workflow.
System will make available real-time data of coverage of beneficiaries in terms of performed activities, viz-a-viz, claimed incentive by ASHA , which will be linked with the existing databases like RCH & ANMOL.
इस एप्लिकेशन को विकसित करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य आशा कार्यकर्ता दक्षता, समय पर भुगतान की सुविधा प्रदान करना है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली से लाभार्थियों की तलाश में स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पर बेहतर कवरेज होगा।
प्रणाली आशा कार्यकर्ताओं के आवधिक प्रदर्शन मूल्यांकन और प्रसंस्करण भुगतान के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करेगी जो समग्र वर्कफ़्लो में पारदर्शिता लाएगी।
सिस्टम आशा कार्यकलापों के संदर्भ में, आशा, जो कि आरसीएच और एएनएमओएल जैसे मौजूदा डेटाबेसों से जुड़ा होगा, का दावा किया है।
