ISER Application is used for the internal resources of Isthara and at the same time Admins to check the progress of Help Desk tickets, Check-Ins and Check-outs of Isthara. The internal resources can solve the help desk tickets and easily search by category,date & property. City wise filter is there to solve the help desk tickets of that particular city.
ISER Application का उपयोग इस्तरा के आंतरिक संसाधनों के लिए किया जाता है और उसी समय Admins ने हेल्प डेस्क के टिकट, चेक-इन और चेक-आउट की प्रगति की जाँच करने के लिए Admins का उपयोग किया है। आंतरिक संसाधन मदद डेस्क टिकट को हल कर सकते हैं और आसानी से श्रेणी, तिथि और संपत्ति के आधार पर खोज सकते हैं। उस विशेष शहर के हेल्प डेस्क टिकटों को हल करने के लिए सिटी वार फिल्टर है।
