Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana :
The Mission will be implemented during 2015-2022 and will provide central assistance to Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and other implementing agencies through States/UTs for:
1. In-situ Rehabilitation of existing slum dwellers using land as a resource through private participation
2. Credit Linked Subsidy
3. Affordable Housing in Partnership
4. Subsidy for Beneficiary-led individual house construction/enhancement.
Credit linked subsidy component will be implemented as a Central Sector Scheme while other three components
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना:
मिशन 2015-2022 के दौरान लागू किया जाएगा और शहरी स्थानीय निकायों (यूएलबी) और अन्य कार्यान्वयन एजेंसियों को राज्यों / केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के लिए केंद्रीय सहायता प्रदान करेगा:
1. निजी भागीदारी के माध्यम से संसाधन के रूप में भूमि का उपयोग करने वाले मौजूदा झुग्गी निवासियों का इन-सीटू पुनर्वास
2. क्रेडिट लिंक्ड सब्सिडी
3. भागीदारी में किफायती आवास
4. लाभार्थी के नेतृत्व वाले व्यक्तिगत घर निर्माण / वृद्धि के लिए सब्सिडी।
क्रेडिट लिंक्ड सब्सिडी घटक केंद्रीय क्षेत्र योजना के रूप में लागू किया जाएगा जबकि अन्य तीन घटक
