One of the major reasons for failures is none or less involvement of the top Management in the implementation process. In most of the implementation the management is not shown any results till the end of the implementation process. Integrating BI (Business Intelligence) with ERP enables the management to see the power of information in terms of analysis, comparisons, trends, spreads, KPIs, etc, and gets them interested in the implementation.
