SWAT, a NGO involved in wildlife protection in urban areas.
Group works with various NGOs and Rescue centre in rescue and rehabilitation of animals.
THE GROUP WORKS MAINLY in BENGALORE
SWAT app helps connects animal injured and sighted by citizens of Bengalore to a SWAT rescue volunteer, who then works with rescue centre for its rehabilitation and release.
The app will also help citizens to contribute financially for the rescue and re-habilitation.
Today, across cities we various development activities happening, at times there is cross over of animal to human territory and vice versa. During the process animals can get injured and if not treated would die.
SWAT app helps connects citizens, animal lovers to group of volunteers, who will in turn take the animals to rescue centre for rehabilitation. One needs to down load and register and once on registering can access app. In app there is a section “New Rescue “ , details of animal need rescue are to be updated and submitted, this then gets picked up by SWAT team who will then assign volunteer to get the animal rescued. In the section status, one can get an update on the animal rescued till it gets rehabilitated by the rescue centre.
If one is interested to be part of animal rescue, the app helps volunteer to register and then be part of animal rescue group. One needs to register and then use the “Volunteer” section to register. Once volunteer updates the section, then SWAT group will confirm registration and then help volunteer to support on ongoing basis for any animal to be rescued. SWAT team assigns the new rescue to volunteer to help get connected to rescue and go there for help and support.
The app will facilitate crowd funding for rescue or specific activity , further there will be chat options for people to chat between when in need.

स्वाट ऐप नागरिकों, पशु प्रेमियों को स्वयंसेवकों के समूह से जोड़ने में मदद करता है, जो पुनर्वास के लिए जानवरों को बचाव केंद्र में ले जाएंगे। एक को डाउन लोड करने और रजिस्टर करने की आवश्यकता होती है और एक बार रजिस्टर करने पर ऐप का उपयोग किया जा सकता है। एप्लिकेशन में "न्यू रेस्क्यू" एक खंड है, जानवरों के बचाव के विवरणों को अद्यतन और प्रस्तुत किया जाना है, इसके बाद स्वाट टीम द्वारा उठाया जाता है जो बाद में पशु को बचाने के लिए स्वयंसेवक को नियुक्त करेगा। अनुभाग की स्थिति में, किसी को बचाव केंद्र द्वारा पुनर्वास किए जाने तक बचाए गए जानवर पर अपडेट मिल सकता है।
