goHappy: Backstage social media

Tired of the noise and privacy issues on social media? Us too!
We're creating a movement for people who want to authentically share life with family and friends outside of the spotlight of "front stage social media". We're calling it "back stage social media" where you feel free to share the good, the bad and the in-between. Think kids' soccer games and double chins NOT perfectly orchestrated selfies and duck face.
Easily create an oasis for your family and friend groups where the only thing you're seeing is what you all are sharing. You and your friends will never see any ads and you don't have to worry about us ever selling your data to 3rd parties. We are taking a very active stance against that.
So, here are just a few of the things you can do on goHappy now and please tell us what else you'd like to see - we love getting feedback!
Create closed social networks for each of your different groups you do life with - think close family, the extended family (e.g., Cousin Eddie), college friends, the neighborhood crew, book club, etc. You're then able to share with each group independently.
Create "Streams" that are important to each group (dedicated channels for things like "Vacations", "Date Night Ideas", "Books", “Movies”) to keep conversations and recommendations on-topic.
Share videos, photos, photo albums, etc. Anyone in the group can add photos, videos, comments, etc.
And, you can search for any of them by keyword.
Message in real-time and keep those conversations more organized through "threading" (don't worry, it's super simple).
We're trying to make it super simple for everyone.
