(i) Lets Reach is a Communication product that has been developed by Voice Snap. The format, design and all aspects of this solution is the sole intellectual property of Voice Snap
(ii) Lets Reach Provides only a platform for Users to transmit messages to the target audience. Voice Snap will not be responsible in any way for the content transmitted through this platform
(iii) The Users of Voice Snap by using the Messenger indemnify Voice Snap from liability or cause of action arising from any content transmitted through this platform
(iv) The use of Lets Reach by Users/Subscribers is subject to the appropriate laws as applicable and as determined by the laws of the land. The service is offered subject to the operating conditions prescribed by the laws of the land. Hence the service is subject to change, and within the overall compliance of policies and conditions prescribed by them.
(v) Lets Reach functionality is entirely dependent on the Telecom Networks and Telecom Service Providers from whom the telephone lines have been procured. Hence Voice Snap shall not be held responsible for the non-performance/partial/faulty performance of the functionalities or all functionalities of the product, at times.
(vi) Voice Snap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject Users/Subscribers at any point in time. It is not liable to provide any explanation or reason to any User/Subscriber in the event of terminating any User/Subscriber account. Voice Snap will refund any money deposited with Voice Snap after deducting for any usage or other
(vii) User/Subscriber shall not use Lets Reach in any manner that is in contravention with the Laws of India

(iv) उपयोगकर्ताओं / सब्सक्राइबर्स द्वारा लेट्स रीच का उपयोग लागू कानूनों के अनुसार और भूमि के नियमों के अनुसार निर्धारित किया जाता है। सेवा भूमि के नियमों द्वारा निर्धारित परिचालन स्थितियों के अधीन है। इसलिए सेवा परिवर्तन के अधीन है, और नीतियों और उनके द्वारा निर्धारित शर्तों के समग्र अनुपालन के भीतर।
(v) लेट्स रीच कार्यक्षमता पूरी तरह से टेलीकॉम नेटवर्क और टेलीकॉम सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स पर निर्भर करती है, जिनसे टेलीफोन लाइनों की खरीद की गई है। इसलिए वॉयस स्नैप को कई बार कार्यात्मकता या उत्पाद के सभी कार्यात्मकताओं के गैर-प्रदर्शन / आंशिक / दोषपूर्ण प्रदर्शन के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं माना जाएगा।
(vi) वॉयस स्नैप किसी भी समय उपयोगकर्ताओं / ग्राहकों को स्वीकार करने या अस्वीकार करने के लिए, अपने एकमात्र विवेक पर अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। यह किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता / ग्राहक खाते को समाप्त करने की स्थिति में किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता / ग्राहक को कोई स्पष्टीकरण या कारण प्रदान करने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है। वॉयस स्नैप किसी भी उपयोग या अन्य के लिए कटौती के बाद वॉयस स्नैप के साथ जमा किए गए धन को वापस कर देगा
(vii) उपयोगकर्ता / सदस्य भारत के कानून के उल्लंघन में किसी भी तरह से लेट रीच का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।
