1) How to stop other people uninstall App Locker?
Please enable Advanced Protection in settings of App Locker, so nobody can uninstall or kill App Locker without password. You can disable Advanced Protection in settings anytime.
2) How to uninstall App Lock?
It is recommended to enable the advanced protection so no one can uninstall your AppLocker with out the right password. If you want to uninstall it, please disable the advanced protection first in settings and then uninstall it like other apps.
3) I forgot my password,How to find it?
If you remember security answer, you can reset your password. Only if you tap "Forgot password" and enter the right security answer and Reset your password or pattern.
4) I have to enter the password everytime I open the locked app. Is there any available way?
If you use some apps very frequently, you can set the time (10 sec/30 sec/1 min/2 mins/5 mins) for free access.
5) App Locker is out of work, why?
Most probably because the cleaning app wiped out the data of App Locker. So please re-run App Locker after you cleans your phone.
6) How to hide my photos and videos?
If you want to hide photos or videos, please press “ ” to add them into photo vault or video vault. The encrypted files will not be displayed in their original location. You can view them in “Vault”.
7) what is Intruders selfie?
Enable intruders selfie, AppLocker will take selfie of intruders who entered wrong passcodes 3 times. You can view the snapshot who tries to snoop on your phone in "View Intruder".
