Jeevika is Supply Chain Management System Project carried out for the Government of Bihar (GoB), through the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS),an autonomous body under the Department of Rural Development with the objective of social & economic empowerment of the rural poor.
The proposed application is intended to provide a centralized and web enabled application to facilitate the BRLPS to automate activities of supply chain management system. The application will help the organization by streamlining the process of value chain interventions for livelihood products. It will facilitate the users of BRLPS to monitor the procurement and distribution activities of commodities happening at procurement center. The procurement and distribution activities of Agricultural Equipments, Fertilizers and Seeds to the farmers can be monitored.
The system will assist the management of procurement of commodities from the farmers. Calculation of price as per the unit rate of the commodities as per the grade in different procurement location will smoother the distribution of commodities to buyers. It will help to monitor the change of price as per the demand generated in different procurement location.
Jeevika adalah Proyek Sistem Manajemen Rantai Pasokan yang dilaksanakan untuk Pemerintah Bihar (GoB), melalui Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), sebuah badan otonom di bawah Departemen Pembangunan Pedesaan dengan tujuan pemberdayaan sosial & ekonomi kaum miskin pedesaan .
Aplikasi yang diusulkan dimaksudkan untuk menyediakan aplikasi yang terpusat dan memungkinkan web untuk memfasilitasi BRLPS untuk mengotomatisasi kegiatan sistem manajemen rantai suplai. Aplikasi ini akan membantu organisasi dengan merampingkan proses intervensi rantai nilai untuk produk mata pencaharian. Ini akan memudahkan para pengguna BRLPS untuk memantau kegiatan pengadaan dan distribusi komoditas yang terjadi di pusat pengadaan. Kegiatan pengadaan dan distribusi Peralatan Pertanian, Pupuk dan Benih kepada para petani dapat dipantau.
Sistem akan membantu manajemen pengadaan komoditas dari para petani. Perhitungan harga per satuan tarif komoditas sesuai dengan grade di lokasi pengadaan yang berbeda akan memperhalus distribusi komoditas kepada pembeli. Ini akan membantu untuk memantau perubahan harga sesuai permintaan yang dihasilkan di lokasi pengadaan yang berbeda.
