Rubik's Clock

A simple Rubik clock puzzle.
There are 18 clock faces, 9 on each side of the clock puzzle.
With the help of 4 sets of +/- buttons (simulating the turning wheels) and another 4 selector buttons, the aim is to make all 18 clock faces show 12 o'clock.
The + button will increase the clock digit by 1, - decrease by 1.
If the selector button closest to the +/- buttons is selected, then pressing the +/- buttons will increase/decrease all 4 clock faces surrounding the selector button, as well as all other clock faces that surround their respective selector button which is also selected.
If the selector button closest to the +/- buttons is **not** selected, then pressing the +/- buttons will only increase the single clock face at the corner closest to the +/- button, as well as any other corner clock faces which have their respective selector button **unselected**.
This Rubik game can be played with only 1 side shown at a time. It can also be played with both sides showing side-by-side.
Once the puzzle is solved, use the timer to do the challenge. The top few records for solving this Rubik puzzle using the physical device are all below 5 seconds!

Sebuah puzzle jam Rubik sederhana.
Ada 18 wajah jam, 9 di setiap sisi puzzle jam.
Dengan bantuan 4 set tombol +/- (mensimulasikan roda belok) dan 4 tombol pemilih lainnya, tujuannya adalah untuk membuat semua 18 jam tampilan wajah menunjukkan pukul 12.
Tombol + akan meningkatkan digit jam sebanyak 1, - berkurang sebesar 1.
Jika tombol pemilih yang paling dekat dengan tombol +/- dipilih, maka menekan tombol +/- akan menambah / mengurangi 4 wajah jam yang mengelilingi tombol pemilih, serta semua permukaan jam lainnya yang mengelilingi tombol pemilih masing-masing yang juga terpilih.
Jika tombol pemilih yang paling dekat dengan tombol +/- adalah ** tidak ** dipilih, maka menekan tombol +/- hanya akan menambah permukaan jam tunggal di sudut yang paling dekat dengan tombol +/-, serta sudut lainnya wajah jam yang memiliki tombol pemilih masing-masing ** tidak dipilih **.
Game Rubik ini dapat dimainkan dengan hanya 1 sisi yang ditampilkan sekaligus. Itu juga bisa dimainkan dengan kedua sisi menunjukkan sisi-sisi.
Setelah puzzle dipecahkan, gunakan timer untuk melakukan tantangan. Beberapa catatan teratas untuk menyelesaikan puzzle Rubik ini menggunakan perangkat fisik semuanya di bawah 5 detik!
