This FREE Android app is a demonstration of a 360-degree “immersive” driving experience.
For use with all Google Cardboard compatible devices.
ie. your smartphone must have…
- Gyroscope & Accelerometer installed
- Minimum Android version 4.2.2 (Kit Kat)
Simply tap the START button and place your phone in the Cardboard (or similar VR headset).
Connect headphones for that extra immersive experience.
One more click and your phone is placed in stereoscopic mode.
You are now in the passenger seat! Enjoy your ride.
All navigation is “hands free”, just stare at the relevant “hotspot” items until the counter ticks down.
NOTE:If you find that the scene is slowly spinning whilst you remain still, then you will need to re-calibrate your phone’s gyroscope. Simply select the Settings Icon and follow the instructions.
This application contains large media files.
