By installing, accessing, downloading or otherwise using the Services, or any of their features, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms. Any reference throughout to "you" or a correlative subject refers to the device owner and/or user of the Services.
You will be notified of any changes to these Terms via the App. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you are no longer permitted to use the Services and should disable your account immediately. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
