S.T.A.T. is a utility application designed to help you during your workouts.
What does it do?
S.T.A.T. simply allows you to track how many “Sets” you have completed, It also comes with a "Rest Timer" that will let you know how long you have been resting.
The "Rest Timer" can be customized to whatever time you like.
That’s about it really….there’s not much to it.
