Wiredness Hardware Monitor allows you to monitor load percentages and temperatures of your PC hardware (CPU, GPU, Memory) using your mobile device.
It connects to Open Hardware Monitor installed on your PC to stream status information and displays the current status alongside a spark line graph for each sensor.
