Among the most powerful theoretical resources out there to support Decision-Making Processes, stands the so-called Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). By structuring an appropriate AHP model, firms can dispose of analytical foundations to determine, with mathematical formality, the alternatives that best fit the criteria to achieve multiple business objectives. Based on an AHP model, this paper provides evidence of the effectiveness of applying analytical hierarchy theory for improving the Decision-Making Processes in the fields of Management and Business.
