■ 어플 이용 방법
※ 처음 어플로 주문하실 경우! 롯데 Family 통합 회원 가입에 동의하시지 않으셨다면 번거로우시겠지만 롯데리아 홈페이지에 접속하셔서 통합 회원 가입에 동의해주세요. 동의 후에 롯데리아의 맛있는 즐거움을 여러분의 집 앞까지 배달해 드리겠습니다~!
1. 'My Page'에서 로그인을 한 후 메뉴에서 제품을 선택해 주세요.
2. 세트 주문시 디저트 및 음료 변경하여 주문 가능합니다. (팩 제품 변경 불가)
3. 'Order'를 눌러 장바구니 안에 담은 제품을 확인하신 후 '주문하기'를 눌러주세요.
4. '배송지 등록'에서 배달 받고자 하는 주소지를 등록해 주세요.
5. 최초 등록시 'Order' > '주문하기'를 누르면 등록된 배송지 정보가 확인 가능합니다.
6. 상세주소를 터치하면 배달가능한 매장이 검색됩니다. 원하는 매장을 선택해 주세요.
7. 제품내역을 확인 후 '계속하기'를 눌러 주세요
8. '쿠폰사용하기'에 사용가능한 쿠폰이 확인되면 터치 후 적용합니다.
9. 수신가능한 휴대폰 번호를 입력해 주세요. 전화확인이 되지 않을 경우 주문이 취소될 수 있습니다.
10. '결제하기'로 화면 이동 후 결제수단을 선택하여 주세요.
11. 결제수단을 선택하면 주문이 완료됩니다. 모바일 결제를 제외한 나머지 결제수단은 주문상품수령시 지불해주세요.
■ 어플로 주문하기 전에 꼭 확인해주세요
1. 최초 주문시, 롯데리아 홈페이지에 접속하여 롯데 Family 통합 회원 가입에 동의해주세요. (미동의시 로그인 불가)
2. 롯데 Family 통합 회원이 아니시더라도 비회원으로 인증 후 주문 가능합니다.
3. 모바일 주문은 당일 배달 주문만 가능합니다.
4. 예약 주문은 현재 시간 +2시간 이후부터 설정 가능합니다.
5. 주문은 버거(단품), 세트, 팩의 경우 12개까지 주문이 가능합니다. (디저트, 음료는 제외)
*대량주문의 경우 대표번호(1600-9999)로 전화주세요.
6. 신속한 배달 서비스를 위해 주소와 연락처는 정확히 기재하여 주세요.
7. 수신가능한 전화번호를 기재해주세요. 전화확인이 되지 않을 경우 주문이 취소될 수 있습니다.
8. 주문완료 후 취소 및 변경은 대표번호(1600-9999)로 가능합니다.
9. 일부 구역은 배달이 제한될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.
■ 앱 접근 권한 안내 ■
2017년 3월 23일 부로 시행된 정보통신망법 제 22조의2(접근권한에 대한 동의)에 준수하여 앱 서비스 이용시 꼭 필요한 접근권한을 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.
[필수적 접근권한]
- 기기 및 앱 기록 : 앱 상태(버전) 확인
- 기기 ID : 기기 식별 및 광고 트래킹
- Wi-Fi 연결정보 : 앱 이용 네트워크 연결 체크
[선택적 접근권한]
- 전화 : 전화 걸기 및 관리
- 사진/미디어/파일 : 이미지 캐시, 글 작성 파일 읽기 또는 저장
- SMS : 인증 번호 확인 및 입력
- 위치정보 : 현재 위치 자동수신으로 가까운 매장 조회
- 카메라 : 글 작성 사진 또는 동영상 촬영
- 주소록 : 전화 주문 시 업소명 노출
선택적 접근 권한은 관련 기능 이용시 동의하실 수 있으며, 미동의 시에도 해당 기능의 앱 서비스는 이용 가능 합니다.
휴대폰 "설정 > 개인정보보호 > 앱 권한" 에서도 설정 변경 하실 수 있습니다.

■ How to use the application
※ If you order the first application! If you did not agree to join the Lotte Family Consolidation Membership, it would be cumbersome, but please access the Lotteria website and agree to join the Consolidation Membership. After the agreement, we will deliver delicious delights of Lotteria to your home ~!
 
1. Log in from 'My Page' and select the product from the menu.
2. When ordering a set, you can order dessert and drink changes. (Pack product can not be changed)
3. Press 'Order' to check the items in your shopping cart and click 'Order'.
4. Please register the address that you want to receive the delivery from 'Delivery address registration'.
5. Click 'Order'> 'Order' at the time of initial registration to check registered shipping information.
6. Touch the street address to search for deliverable stores. Please select the desired store.
7. Confirm the product details and click 'Continue'.
8. When you see the available coupons for 'Use Coupons', touch and apply.
9. Please enter the mobile number you can receive. If your phone can not be verified, your order may be canceled.
10. Scroll down to "Make a payment" and select your payment method.
11. Once you have selected a payment method, your order will be completed. Please pay the remaining payment methods except for mobile payments upon receipt of your order.
■ Please check before ordering with the application
1. When ordering the first time, please access the Lotteria website and agree to join the Lotte Family unified membership. (Not possible to log in at the time)
2. Even if you are not a member of Lotte Family, you can order it after certifying it as a non-member.
3. Mobile orders are only available for same-day delivery orders.
4. Pre-order can be set from +2 hours after the current time.
5. Orders can be ordered up to 12 burgers (single item), set or pack. (Except for dessert and drinks)
* For large orders, please call the representative number (1600-9999).
6. Please provide the correct address and contact information for prompt delivery.
7. Please list the available phone numbers. If your phone can not be verified, your order may be canceled.
8. Cancellation and change after completing the order can be done by representative number (1600-9999).
9. Please note that delivery may be limited in some areas.
■ Guide to accessing apps ■
In accordance with Article 22-2 (Consent to Access Rights) of the Information Network Act, enforced on March 23, 2017, we will give you the necessary access right when using the app service.

- Device and app history: Check app status (version)
- Device ID: Device identification and ad tracking
- Wi-Fi connection information: Check app connection using network
[Optional Access Rights]
- Phone: Make and manage calls
- Photo / Media / File: Image cache, writing
- SMS: Verify and enter the authentication number
- Location information: Automatic retrieval of current location
- Camera: Write a picture or video
- Address Book: Exposure name when ordering phone
Selective access rights can be agreed upon when using related functions, and app services for those functions can be used even when there is no access.
You can also change the settings in your phone "Settings> Privacy> App Permissions".
