Its notification will pop up to remind you to take picture at a certain time of the day. Any photo taken (with the regular camera or sihoulette camera) will be shown in the app's dedicated folder. You can pick any two photos and compare them to see any visual difference in your body and your weight loss data (like weight) you input for each photo. You can then share a snapshot of that those two photos side by side on social media.
