The FX Engine is a multimedia app platform that enhances Android’s native capabilities and creates a richer range media experience.
It works with diverse content types, including images, audio and video, decoding them and playing them back in real time to enrich exciting multimedia apps like VideoPostcard.
Third-party apps can use FX Engine as a development toolbox to provide a fuller, more satisfying multimedia experience for applications than can be done with Android alone.
This application provides graphics services to other applications, it does nothing without these other applications.
