Senior phone provides an easy-to-use interface for people who are not able to cope with the complexity of a nowadays smartphone.
This user interface gives the ability to use the most common communication means like GSM, Whatsapp, duo, skype, video call, ... in the most easy way.
We try to accomplish that by putting as much complexity as possible after an admin interface. Once this admin has setup the phone, the target user can use it without any trouble. The user interface itself is nothing more than a configurable amount of buttons. Each button, one can give a communication functionality, color, picture, ... So the user itself is not aware of the underlaying technology. This way, a smartphone can be used by people age 2 to 102.
It is also possible to setup senior phone as a launcher, so if you remove all other security measures/pin codes, people can use it without any user interaction.
Following functionality is foreseen:
- Direct calls via whatsapp (audio & video)
- Direct calls via google duo (audio & video)
- Direct calls via phone (audio)
- Direct calls via skype (audio & video)
- Youtube button (link to a youtube video)
- Whatsapp images (browse all received whatsapp images)
