  I used the app a year ago, but now it's completely broken. After login, it's impossible to do anything. The bottom bar is useless and unresponsive. The menus are all blank. What happened?

  I was able to log in and set up fingerprint login, but that's about it. The account page won't load, the refill page won't load, and the navigation bar at the bottom of the app does literally nothing.
