تعد مؤسسة اليمامة الصحفية من المؤسسات الإعلامية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية تأسست في عام 1383هـ 1963م وتمتلك أكثر من 60 فرعاً تنتشر داخل المملكة وخارجها إضافة إلى شبكة من المراسلين، وتعتبر من أكبر وأكثر المؤسسات الصحفية في الوطن العربي نجاحاً ونمواً في مبيعاتها خاصة من خلال جريدة الرياض التي يقـــدر حجــــم مبيعاتها الإعلانية بـ(80) مليون دولار سنويا وفق ميزانية عام 2017 م (حسب تقرير برايس وتر هاوس كوبرز محاسبون قانونيون) ويعمل بها أكثر من 500 موظف ما بين إداريين ومحررين وفنيين وعمال.

جريدة الرياض :
أول جريدة يومية تصدر باللغة العربية في عاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية صدر العدد الأول منها بتاريخ 1/1/1385هـ الموافق 1/5/1965م بعدد محدود من الصفحات واستمر تطورها حتى أصبحت تصدر في 52 صفحة يوميا منها 32 صفحة ملونة وقد أصدرت أعدادا بـ 80-100 صفحة وتتجاوز المساحات الإعلانية فيها (3) ملايين سم/ عمود سنويا وتحتل حاليا مركز الصدارة من حيث معدلات التوزيع والقراءة والمساحات الإعلانية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يصل معدل التوزيع أكثر من 150٫000 نسخة يوميا داخل المملكة و خارجها ويحررها نخبة من الكتاب والمحررين وهي أول مطبوعة سعودية تحقق نسبة (100 ٪) في سعودة وظائف التحرير. ويعمل بـ"الرياض" أكبر عدد من الموظفين المتفرغين على مستوى الجهات الإعلامية في المملكة بشكل يفوق الثلاثة أضعاف عن اقرب جهة إعلامية سعودية منافسة لها، وقد تمكنت "الرياض" ومنذ سنوات من تحقيق نسبة 100% في سعودة وظائف التحرير، ويشكل 50% من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية للمؤسسة والمشاركين في ملكيتها صحفيين وإداريين يعملون في التحرير ولهم الحق في الأرباح والتصويت في الجمعية العمومية. كما يعد موقع "الرياض" الإلكتروني alriyadh.com (تأسس عام 1998م) أحد أبرز وأكبر المواقع الإعلامية على شبكة الانترنت، ويحظى بمعدل زيارات عالية تقدر بنحو مليون ونصف مليون زيارة يومياً مما يضعه في طليعة المواقع الالكترونية السعودية والعربية. وحصلت "الرياض" على تكريم العديد من الجمعيات والمؤسسات الخيرية نتيجة لمبادراتها الإنسانية في الدعم، وكانت أول من اهتم بالعنصر النسائي حيث تم تعيين أول مديرة تحرير في مؤسسة صحفية بالإضافة إلى انضمامهن لعضوية المؤسسة وملكيتها.
مجلة اليمامة
تعد اليمامة أول مطبوعة صحفية تصدر في المنطقة الوسطى من المملكة العربية السعودية، إذ أصدرها علامة الجزيرة العربية الشيخ حمد الجاسر في ذي الحجة 1372هـ كمجلة شهرية من 42 صفحة ثم تحولت إلى جريدة أسبوعية تصدر في 4 صفحات في صفر 1375هـ . وبعد صدور نظام المؤسسات الصحفية صدر العدد الأول من مجلة اليمامة الأسبوعية في ثوبها الجديد في 7 ذي الحجة 1383هـ كإحدى مطبوعات مؤسسة اليمامة الصحفية. لقد حققت مجلة اليمامة عبر مسيرتها التي امتدت لأكثر من 45 عاماً قفزات كبيرة وخطت خطوات جبارة على طريق تطويرها تحريراً وإخراجاً وطباعة، واليمامة نافذة صحفية وإعلامية وثقافية يطل منها القارئ السعودي والعربي على قضايا الأمة المعاصرة وهمومها.
كتاب الرياض
أحد أبرز إصدارات مؤسسة اليمامة الصحفية، بدأ أول إصدار شهري منذ عام (1993)م.يطرح فيه كل شهر موضوعا مختلفا في معارف متنوعة، ويعده نخبة من المفكرين والكتاب العرب، كما يعتبر من أهم المساهمات التي تقدمها جريدة الرياض للثقافة العربية ويباع للقارئ بسعر رمزي.

The first daily newspaper published in the Arabic language in the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the first issue was issued on 1/1/1385 AH corresponding to 1/5/1965 A.D. with a limited number of pages and its development continued until it was issued in 52 pages per day, including 32 color pages and has issued numbers at 80- 100 pages and advertising spaces exceeding (3) million cm / column annually and currently occupies the center stage in terms of distribution and reading rates and advertising spaces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the distribution rate reaches more than 150,000 copies per day inside and outside the Kingdom and is edited by an elite of writers and editors, The first Saudi publication to achieve (100%) Saudization of the jobs Silk. And "Riyadh" won the honoring of many charitable societies and institutions as a result of its humanitarian initiatives in support, and was the first to pay attention to the female component, as the first editor-in-chief was appointed in a press institution in addition to joining the organization's membership and ownership.
Al Yamama Magazine
Al-Yamamah is the first press publication to be issued in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it was issued by the Arabic pen brand Sheikh Hamad Al-Jasser in Dhu al-Hijjah 1372 AH as a monthly magazine of 42 pages and then turned into a weekly newspaper published in 4 pages in Safar 1375 AH. After the press institutions system was issued, the first issue of Al-Yamamah weekly magazine was issued in her new dress on 7 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1383 AH as one of Al-Yamamah press publications. Al-Yamamah magazine has achieved great strides over its 45-year career and has made tremendous steps in its path of developing editorial, directing and printing, and Al-Yamamah is a journalistic, media and cultural window through which the Saudi and Arab reader looks at the issues and concerns of the contemporary nation.
The Book of Riyadh
One of the most prominent publications of Al-Yamamah Press Foundation. The first monthly publication started in (1993) AD. Each month presents a different topic in a variety of knowledge. It is considered an elite group of Arab thinkers and writers. It is also considered one of the most important contributions provided by Al-Riyadh Newspaper for Arab Culture. .
