This application, basically keeps your organization’s records of students and staff. It gives news about the students, updates their attendance system daily, and creates reports on time. It essentially provides the facility of Queue Management software.
It notifies the System’s Manager daily, when new amendment has to take place in the management system. The project notifies with news feed to the Parental System to aid them to keep track of their children’s fees expense. The Attendance Manager keeps tracks of student’s attendance system.
This application has numerous features to aid the manager, and their school’s and college’s staff. The project provides with Multi Branches Management System and
Login and User Management System to the staff and their management system. The chief users of the system are: their manager’s staff and parental system. Admin System handles all the main records of school and organizations.
The Student’s Registration /Admission news is notified, when new registration has to take place. The Class Manager adds new class, edit class, deactivate class, view class and search class for the students. The Class Manager keeps their student’s records by their student id, and other general information. The Class Manager also records statuses for the students and is updated daily according to the staff requirement.
The Reports for the students are formed in which their previous school records and present school records are added. The Attendance Manager maintains the student’s attendance record. The Attendance System report is also created in which Student Attendance, Staff Attendance and Class Attendance is added and can be viewed by the System’s manager and their staff daily. The notification for the examination system for students also gets notified in the project on time. Accordingly, with time, the result also gets notified in the school management system.
