法令遵守の良い公民になるねがいもある。戦闘と運転が含まれる六種の異なる任務を設定しており、自分の思い通りチャレンジすることができる。クリアして十分なスタークラス評価を取ると、新しい市街地がアンクロックされて、そこには難度が更に高い、及び更に強力的な敵が遭われる。
