To block a telephone you need to shake it in the direction of plane of screen of your device. You are in a position to regulate the sensitiveness of application as far as it allows your device. Also you can settle or forbid possibility of blocking and autostart of application. An application is very comfortably for large enough devices. To uninstall an application you need to enter the "Location and security - select device administrators" and to clean a mark from "Screen Locker", then - Apps - "Screen Locker"-uninstall.
