Tutorials: New registered users will be placed into tutorials for the Map and for basic navigation of Sagans and interacting with objects within the sagan.
Sagan Categories: Sagan Categories can now be selected from a dropdown list while in the EditSagan menu.
Map: Fixed an issue when snapping a new sagan that is dragged directly from the palette and snapped to another Sagan and portals were not created.

Fixed a scaling problem with KIImage Fos.
