The 10 Minute Workout is something I put together for a friend of mine based on exercises from this website:
http://www.shape.com/fitness/cardio/no-running-cardio-workout-you-can-do-home/
There are also warm-up and cool down exercises, but those are not part of this app.
The app is very simple.
For right now, it's basically a timer.
You start the workout, a voice prompt will give you a 5 second countdown and then announce the first exercise.
Each of the 5 exercises is done continuously for 1 minute.
At 10 seconds to go, a voice prompt comes again to tell you the next exercise.
The current exercise is displayed on top of the timer and the next exercise is displayed below.
You are supposed to repeat the workout at least 2 times, and there is an option at the end to quit or to go again for as many times as you can!
More advanced version coming soon!
