Proviso

The Proviso app is a tool for registered Proviso users and gives you an overview of all your events and attendees in Proviso. You will quickly find your upcoming events, and you will find information in archived events. All registered information about the attendees will be found in the app and you can communicate directly with the attendees through e-mail or sms.
The Proviso app will provide you with these benefits:
• An overview of your upcoming events, future events or events that have been archived.
• Always updated number of confirmed attendees, cancelled attendees or invited.
• Information about the number of attendees signed up for each activity. 
Example: how many room reservations have been made, how many tickets have been sold, how many members / non-members, exhibitors, guests etc are attending, and all other information you have asked the attendees to fill out in the registration form.
• If payment is required on an event, you will see who has paid and who has not. If needed you can easily resend invoices.
• Full overview of all deadlines for registration, changes and cancellation.
• Direct communication with the attendees by e-mail or sms, either one by one or as a group. You can also communicate with all attendees in a specific category or with a specific status.
• Number of registered attendees on all your events, specified by date.
You do not have to wait until you get to the office or you are in front of your computer, the Proviso app will give you full access to all your attendees and events.
