Township Maintenance application is made for employee and their families who reside in the Essar Nandniketan township, EPMPL.
In order to cater to all complaints related to the company-provided accommodations and to provide hassle-free service on a fingertip, decided to develop mobile App.
This Mobile App provided following user-friendly interface to the employee (User of this App)

· Close or Re-Open complaints with the remark
These complaint request also be monitored on a mobile app by Attendee (the person who is allocated to resolve an issue in a particular category)

· Provision to Accept or Forward request to another category
· Facility to call the user by their contact details
· Can update and resolve complaint status with the remark
Along with Mobile App to support backend activities Web interface has been provided for Township admin department, who can
