Moka Mobile Nails, Inc™ is an independent mobile application created by a Nail professional to provide a platform for Nail Technicians to become independent service providers.
In our current world of convenience and independence, an in home service for Manicures and Pedicures is in high demand.
Moka Mobile Nails™ provides convenient in home service through our mobile app, creating an opportunity for our licensed approved partners to build their own business on their own time. It’s as simple as clicking the button GO ONLINE when you are available to receive calls or GO OFFLINE when you want time off with loved ones, or to take care of personal errands.
Moka Mobile Nails™ is always ON when you’re ready to work. It’s the UBER style for in-home,
or in-office Manicure and Pedicure service.
Moka Mobile Nails™ will provide the platform via the Mobile application for Android and IOS. Moka Mobile Nails™ will advertise the app and mobile services in various platforms to generate the clientele that will utilize the Moka Mobile Nails app to order desired services. The requested service will be broadcasted via Moka Mobile Nails™ App to all available Moka Mobile Nails™ partners that are ONLINE and in the area.
The available Moka Mobile Nails™ Partner can then accept the service order and proceed to the appointment.
Once the order is accepted by the Moka Mobile Nails™ Partner, the client will immediately be notified with your information as the service Partner that will attend to their request.
Step-by-step process:
Once a client request a service, a service call is broadcasted on the app platform to all available ONLINE service partners.
A service partner accepts the order.
The client is notified that a service partner has accepted the order.
An automatic response is sent to the client with the service partner Photo and information.
Once arrived at the appointment, the service provider will click ARRIVED and click on START SERVICE.
The app will ask if additional service are requested, both client and service partner will click on PROCEED to agree if additional services requested. Or SKIP if there are no additional services to be added to the original order.
Once service is complete, service provider will click on END SERVICE.
Once service is complete the Clients wallet will be charged the amount of the service, thank the client for using Moka Mobile Nails, and asks the client to rate your service.
Service provider will also be asked to rate the client upon completion.
You are now back ONLINE and available to accept other service requests.
Register:
To become a registered Moka Mobile Nails™ service provider you must sign-up on the Moka Mobile Nails™ app.
Once you sign-up, you will need to provide the following:
•Full name, Address, and contact information, phone#, email, etc.
•Driver’s license number, professional license number, and submit copies of each.
•Short Bio/work history, services you provide and current photo.
•You must read and agree to all terms and conditions of Moka Mobile Nails™.
•You must read and sign an independent contract terms and conditions agreement on the app.
Upon the receipt of all the above, complete and submitted on the app, a background check will be conducted by a third party firm.
Once cleared by the third party firm, Moka Mobile Nails™ will approve you to become a Moka Mobile Nails™ Partner.
Moka Mobile Nails™ will approve qualified applicants and reserves the right to reject any applicant at its sole discretion. All accepted partners are required to follow and adhere to a professional and high-level standard of care when conducting business through Moka Mobile Nails™
