My cleaner vicinity is no more clean now. Dumped garbage, and litter on places other than garbage bins. Pot holes open, dirty walls, tiles of the sidewalk missing / broken, unauthorized bills on the sign boards, street maps etc. Lot of mess around...
But whom to report?
And even if I know whom to report, would I be able to spare time to reach to right authorities, report this, and get it resolved ?
