By always waking up in between sleep cycles, when you are in light sleep, you can finally wake up refreshed by avoiding waking up in the middle of deep sleep.
You can either provide when you want to sleep, and the application will calculate a list of suggestions of when to wake up. Or you can provide when you want to wake up, and the application will provide a list of suggestions of when to sleep.
