FoodAdvisor is an app that provides the traceability of food, allowing manufacturers, distributors and retailers of food to show the quality of the food and communicate the product's origin.
L 'application, through the use of QR-code, provides buyers a visual tracking of the entire chain on a map and data of interest on foodstuffs.
This can is an advantage for producers who can show the quality of its suppliers, communicating the origin of their products and the ingredients in them to tell their story as a quality assurance and creating transparency.
The application and its services have been developed and provided by a group of university students as part of a workshop organized by Google in collaboration with the University of Rome.
