• L’utente può interagire esclusivamente con altri utenti iscritti in Improve e che sono inclusi nella sua lista amici: non può ricevere feedback o test personalità da un altro utente fintanto che non sono amici in Improve
• Tutti i risultati del test personalità e dei feedback ricevuti sono visibili esclusivamente al proprietario del profilo
• Per il test personalità sono implementati algoritmi di controllo per restituire un risultato quanto più oggettivo possibile e meno soggetto a bias cognitivi
• Per il test personalità l’utente visualizza solamente un valore aggregato. Non è quindi in grado di risalire al risultato del singolo test né all’identità dell’autore
• L’utente in qualsiasi momento può decidere se abilitare o disabilitare la ricezione dei feedback
• Quando un utente rilascia un feedback se di un altro può decidere se essere anonimo oppure no. Qualora decida di non essere anonimo il feedback sarà comunque visibile solamente al destinatario

• The user can only interact with other registered users of Improve and who are included in his friends list: he cannot receive feedback or personality tests from another user as long as they are not friends in Improve
• All personality test results and feedback received are visible only to the profile owner
• For the personality test, control algorithms are implemented to return a result as objective as possible and less subject to cognitive biases
• For the personality test, the user only sees an aggregate value. It is therefore not able to go back to the result of the single test or to the identity of the author
• The user can decide at any time whether to enable or disable the reception of feedback
• When a user issues feedback if someone else can decide whether to be anonymous or not. If you decide not to be anonymous, the feedback will still be visible only to the recipient
