قطع الشطرنج:
- ينتقل البيدق إلى رقعة واحدة إلى الأمام أو رقعتين في الخطوة الأولى من هذا الشكل، ويتفوق قطريًا على رقعة واحدة إلى الأمام.
- ينتقل الملك إلى رقعة واحدة عموديًا أو أفقيًا أو قطريًا.
- تنتقل الملكة إلى أي مسافة رأسيًا أو أفقيًا أو قطريًا.
- ينتقل الرخ إلى أي مسافة رأسية أو أفقية.
- ينتقل الفارس إلى الرقعة، التي بعد رقعتين على طول الرقعة الرأسية أو الأفقية أو الرأسية.
- ينتقل الأسقف إلى أي مسافة قطريًا.
حالات الشطرنج المهمة:
